Founded in 2007, and register in 2009, International Communication Sciences Assocaition (ICSA) is an international, nonprofit, technology-neutral trade association whose members comprise the entire communication sciences. We represent service providers, equipment manufacturers, application developers and other contributors to the communication industry. ICSA organizes several conferences,seminars, workshops each year showcasing the latest trends in future communication sciences.
